PROJECTS
WAYFINDERS - 2021-2023 many of the people within ILALI's social ecosystem worked to develop and deliver the Wayfinders program, a regionally-based immersive learning residency and rite of passage designed for young adults in their twenties. We are currently in conversation with other retreat centers and land stewards who are interested in hosting a cohort residency in their region. See more about Wayfinders.

LANDWELL - ILALI is collaborating with community leaders, indigenous elders, and the Center for Ethical Land Transition on a 22-acre hub for regenerative living, cultural innovation, and community resilience. Our efforts with Landwell involve facilitating the transition of the land into a trust - shifting from ownership to stewardship - offering assistance in establishing a housing cooperative, fundraising, and developing workshops on place-based liberation.

KINSHIP BLOOMS - Through Kinship Blooms ILALI convenes communities of practice and retreats for professional changemakers, facilitators, cultural strategists, and BIPOC spiritual activists. ILALI constellation members also advise and convene philanthropists and impact investors committed to regenerative economics. Currently, this includes being hosts and guides for the Edge Finance Accelerator.

Partners included the Movement Strategies Center, and the Common Future (formerly BALLE), Soil and Shadow, and Creation Spirituality
We partnered with MetaIntegral in 2015 and organized an international conference called "Integral Impacts: Using Integrative Metatheory to Catalyze Effective Change."
